CANCELLATION POLICY
Our appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes things need to be changed or even cancelled. All appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you do not cancel an appointment within the requested time frame, you understand that a fee representing 20% of your total services booked will be added to your profile and must be paid before you can book another appointment. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.
